*If ordered by 1 PM EST on the previous day. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. 

All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.  Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. 

Spokendenim.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. 

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by Spoken Demin that the item cannot be shipped and you will not be charged for that item.

Spoken Return and Exchange Policy

Spoken Denim allows returns provided that return requests are made within seven days from the date of order confirmation and that you follow the instructions below. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Spoken Denim has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that Spoken Denim determines does not meet these requirements.  Sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, lingerie are not returnable and all sales of this merchandise are final.

Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. At the time of return, you may specify your preference for (I) receiving a credit in your original form of payment, (II) exchanging the returned merchandise. How to return an item: Email us at returns@spokenboutique.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please be aware that the issuance of an RA# does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return or that the charge for the merchandise will automatically be credited back to your credit card. You will be notified of acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected by Spoken Denim. Please print out the email containing the RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return along with the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Spoken Denim within five days of receipt of RA#.  Merchandise must be sent to the following address:

*Please note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of the return package to ensure proper and timely handling of the return. Returned merchandise will not be processed nor will any refunds be made without RA #. If your return request is approved, unless an exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges and import duties are not refundable
